Bally Chohan News May 30, 2016

There is currently no service on the Bakerloo Line between Piccadilly Circus and Queens Park after a man was hit by a train at Edgware Road.

There are also severe delays on the rest of the line. A BTP spokesman said: “We are currently at Edgware Road Underground station following a report of a person struck by a train on the Bakerloo line northbound platform. “This incident was reported to us at 3.01pm and we attended with colleagues from Metropolitan Police Service and London Fire Brigade. “Medics from London Ambulance Service also attended and treated a man at the scene. Despite these efforts, he was sadly pronounced dead. “The incident is not being treated as suspicious. A file will be prepared for the coroner.”
